Made for #FinalFantasyInfinity's "World Map" contest, although I haven't decided if I'm going to enter it yet. There's a few other locations I want to try to do more traditional pieces of.
Anyway, the idea of the contest is to draw/recreate/whathaveyou a location from any Final Fantasy game that was memorable to you. In this case, I chose the Sleeping Forest from Final Fantasy VII. I ended up having to take the photo of the trees separately and manip myself (as Aeris) in, using one of the beach photos ~Nyemvula and I took back in March.
And in the off chance that anyone is wondering, yes, this is an actual grove of trees (part of a larger wooded park-ish area) that's maybe a five minute walk from my house.
